Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Services team within 3 days of delivery or pickup to report any issues or to start a return authorization for eligible items.
- 2.Verify Condition
Ensure the furniture is in its original, showroom condition; please note that items such as mattresses, bedding, and clearance 'As-Is' products are generally non-returnable.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Coordinate with our logistics team to schedule a professional pickup of the item, or return smaller accessories directly to your nearest showroom location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once the item is inspected and received at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.
